Trouble shooting

Hardware:

Problem:  There is an over heating coming from the case, the heat sink was not working and not cooling the CPU. 

Solution: I bought a new heat sink and solve the problem.

Software:  I installed windows 7 operating system in an apple PC.

Problem: Operating systems didn't match, the design of windows 7 differs from the apple.

Solution: Install windows 7 in a suitable PC.

Problem: The Microsoft Word application version 2003 was not accepting the transferred documents from 2007 version.

Solution:  I change the version and installed the new version.
